Ryoshi Dynasties

• Added Diplomacy to the Alliance Center. View your reputation with any faction you have previously interacted with
• Refactored Alliance Center UI to better align with Bank navigation style
• Updated Battle Log to display username who initiated the battle. This gives distinction between factions attacking directly vs users attacking on behalf of factions
